All property owners are members of the Private Equity Club which is responsible for the provision and maintaining of very high standard of recreational facilities at this community and fifteen of this developer’s other prime waterfront resort communities located in Sarasota, the Florida Keys, the Bahamas and one in Las Vegas. Club membership entitles the members to reciprocal rights to the amenities at all of the other communities in the group. units require the purchase of a Club membership @ $25,000, which is included

developer on resale at which time you either get back what you paid or 80% of
what the new buyer pays for a membership at that time...whichever is GREATER.
Club membership is expected to increase dramatically as the property's new
